The Wallaby

I purchased The Wallaby backpack and used it on my recent trip to Europe. It provided for all of my packing needs with the different compartments and the TSA locked compartment which was useful for storing valuables like my car keys or medications. I had no issues with the backpack fitting inside carry-on storage on the plane and mine was very well packed. The mini pump is nice to have, but even if you choose not to bring it in order to save space and weight, you can still press down with your hands on the zipped/closed compartment with the cap open to allow air to come out and reduce any bulk. The small handle on top was strong enough to hang my backpack (15 lbs packed) on the door hook in a restroom stall which was convenient. The backpack looks nice, has a sturdy feel and is a legitimate alternative to your typical small suitcase with wheels which make a lot of noise especially on cobblestone surfaces which are common in Europe. It served me well on my trip and I will definitely be using it for future trips!

This bag is perfect for use as a carry-on. I always try to avoid checked bag fees and don't like waiting for my luggage at baggage claim. This bag allows me to pack a week's worth of clothes. No more baggage fees!

Feels nice on my shoulders and back no matter how much I cram in there!

Mind blown at how much I was able to get in this bag. As a solo female traveler backpacking through Asia, I needed a backpack that was lightweight, spacious, and, most importantly, practical. The Kanguru backpack exceeded all my expectations! The vacuum compression feature was a game-changer—I was able to pack more clothes without worrying about bulk, which made hopping between cities so much easier. Also, the secure pockets gave me peace of mind when navigating the insanely crowded streets! I definitely recommend for travelers that want convenience combined with functionality.

I’ll admit, one of the owners is a friend so I bought the Wallaby just so I could be one of his first customers. No, he’s not paying me to write this either 😂. The bag is surprisingly badass! It’s easy to pack and unpack, great quality, works just like a suitcase with the zipper setup and I can fit a full weekend of clothes/shoes inside. It’s now my new go-to weekend bag! Similar bags are selling for twice the price so I feel the cost/quality are exceptional compared to the market.
